Sometimes I have a hankerin’ for something and I find a few recipes and collaborate and make it. Sometimes, I flip through the circular and see what’s on sale and go from there. Sometimes, the hankerin’ and the flippin’ coincide and it was meant to be. I’ve done smoker crab, so I needed to do something a little different. Let me introduce to you: Naughty bread.
Recipe: Premier Catch “Naughty” Bread
The Prep Table
Seldom do I just out-right link to a recipe – but considering I did absolutely nothing to change the recipe, we’re linking as is. Now, if cheesy mayo bread isn’t your thing, fear not – We still got some crab.

So the only thing crazy we’re doing for the crab is throwing up a garlic, old bay butter drizzle on there. We’re going to put it on the racks and just heat it up. I told you, there’s not much to the crab at all. Because they’re in a shell, the smoke doesn’t permeate too much at all. So let’s focus on this naughty bread real quick.

Mix up a ton of mayo and cheese and spread it on the bread. We’re going to broil these in the oven and eat it up.

The Process

Throw them legs on grates and give them a brush of that flavored butter. We’re really just adding heat to it at this point, so let’s not go crazy with the butter. Save it for dipping later on!

The Mrs will have to take this to her work and feed the masses. Ain’t no way (my heart) wants me to eat all this. Let’s cut up some pieces and put our plate together.
The Result

Not too bad already throwing crab in the first couple posts of 2026. Although it was an easy cook, it was a great tasting one. Throw a couple of dipping cups of butter, cocktail sauce and lemons, and plate. I ate more than I should’ve (of the crab). (OK, and the bread).
Ain’t too much to add. 250F for a half hour on the crab, simple brushing of butter and just enjoy it. For something as pricy as crab can be, at least they cook it for ya !
