We all need a release from the job. The BBQ is just that for me. Sitting around with friends, a drink, and some meat slow-cooking, filling the air with the aroma that has absolutely nothing to do with the job.
The idea was to combine my passions of digital forensics and smoked meats and share the knowledge. That’s how the ForensicBBQ name was born. I don’t make any money doing this, no endorsements or free products – This is all just publicizing my cooks, and somewhere I can keep my recipes. I hope you enjoy the journey.
Since the launch, I’ve been able to keep the “Forensic Fridays” a thing, a new post every week. We’ve also got MrsForensicBBQ posting on Mondays (MrsMonday). Pretty much 100 cooks a year, pretty darn good!
