Leftover Ground Beef Crunchwraps

Taco night is a frequent night in the household - but with the left over beef, let's do something different!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Ground beef Cooked, reheated
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/8 Cup Pico de Gallo Homemade!
  • 2-3 Tbsp Nacho Cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tostada
  • 1 Burrito-sized Tortilla Plus a piece of another
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Reheat the ground beef however you prefer. I microwaved it for optimum speed.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble ingredients as such: Tortilla, half of shredded cheese, Tostada, Beef, Pico, Nacho Cheese, hot sauce, rest of the shredded cheese, piece of tortilla.
  4. Fold tortilla up in a circular pattern (or hexagon) - just folded up and wrapped.
  5. Place opening down into skillet and cook to seal the tortilla. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, flip and toast the other side.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

Using just leftovers!  Quick and easy 5 minute meal.  Add your own fun ingredients - sour cream, jalapeños, lettuce, guacamole - endless possibilities.
