The Beef Back Rib

The less Instagrammy cousin of the Plate Rib, but one you don't want to pass on!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rack Beef Back Ribs
  • Meaty Bits Beef Rub or your favorite beef BBQ rub
Optional Splash
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Method
 

  1. Preheat RecTeq to 225
  2. Remove membrane from the underside of the ribs. Coat the rack of ribs with your favorite BBQ rub.
  3. Employ the 3-2-1 method, but monitor for change. Place on smoker for 3 hours.
  4. Wrap with butcher paper, back on smoker, probe and cook until IT 200ish
  5. Unwrap, back on smoker, probe until IT at least 203. Eat!
