Smoked Pumpkin Seeds

After you've carved the pumpkin and you got the mounds of pulp - couple that with the crave to get out to the smoker. Here's a quick snack smoke for y'all to try!

Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Olive Oil
  • Favorite smoky seasonings I used Fine Swine & a spicy hot

Method
 

  1. Clean up the seeds and let them dry out. By far the worst part - removing all the pulp.
  2. Preheat pelletsmoker to 475.
  3. Place a small amount of olive oil on the seeds to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with favorite seasonings.
  5. Place into smoker for about 10 minutes.
  6. Eat.
