Notes for the Peri-Peri, Prik Nam Pla, and Bang Bang Sauce
Peri-Peri Sauce
- 1 Lb Thai Chiles (Bird's Eye)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Cup Basil chopped
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Lime juiced
Prik Nam Pla
- 3 Thai Chilies (Birds Eye?) Super thin slice
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 tsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Clove Garlic Fine minced
