Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper Chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Italian Seasoning to taste
  • 1 Lb Red Hots Chili Sauce
Glaze
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Method
 

  1. Warm Oven to 350F
  2. Mix Beef, Onion, Pepper, Egg, Bread Crumbs, Ketchup, Spices, and Red Hots Chili. Mix Well. Put in Loaf Pan
  3. (Glaze: Mix Well)
  4. Pour Glaze over meat loaf and bake for an hour. Enjoy.
