Jalapeno Kielbasa Mac

Meaty and spicy addition to your macaroni and cheese.
- 1 Link Polish Kielbasa sliced
- 1 Lb Cavatappi pasta
- 2 Cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 Cups Gruyere cheese shredded
- 1.5 Cup Whole milk
- 3 Tbsp Cracked Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Jalapenos sliced
- McCormick's Hot Shot (Black/Red Pepper) to taste
Preheat RecTeq to 350F
Cook pasta as instructed - save a few minutes for the later bake.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in flour. When creamy, whisk in milk.
Keep whisking until desired thickness and add shredded cheese (hand shred it, ya animals.. you'll be thankful).
In a half pan, add pasta, cheese sauce, kielbasa and mix thoroughly. Add some cracked pepper (really to your taste)
Place in RecTeq for about 30 min. Top with jalapenos about 15 min in and enjoy the inevitable gut bomb.
