Honey Sriracha Chicken Tenders

Jumping on that hot honey train - come long for the ride

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pack Chicken Tenderloins Costco
  • 1 Cup Corn Flakes ish
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs ish
The Soak
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Sriracha
The Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Hot Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat the RecTeq to 450.
  2. Combine the soak in a bowl and crush up your corn flake coating. I had to supplement with some panko crumbs due to lack of corn flakes, but make it work!
  3. Soak your tenderloins in that spicy honey, then coat them in in the corn flakes/panko. Lay it 'em out evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Throw the bird in the RecTeq for about 15-20 minutes, until IT > 165
  5. While cooking, combine Sauce ingredients.
  6. When chicken is done, throw a drizzle on the birds and eat 'em up! (Or use it as a dipping sauce - or both!)
